Maria Wozniakiewicz is a Polish born violinist who has dedicated her music career to performing as a soloist and chamber musician around the world. She studied at the Royal Conservatory in Brussels where she received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in violin performance.
Maria has premiered a number of new works and collaborated with various classical music labels having released 2 albums of chamber music (Sarah Wallin Huff-“Gypsy Wanderer”, ”Conterpoint Invariable”; Navona Records. Ferninando De Sena “Spalding’s Bounce and other Chamber works: Pulsonic Turn”; Navona Records).
She has performed extensively throughout both Europe and the United States as a soloist and a chamber musician. She worked as a violinist at Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Royal Stockholm Philharmonic for over 6 years.
Maria’s passion for the Arts has brought her to perform across many interdisciplinary settings, performing alongside other fine artists, dancers and multimedia artists.
She received a Master of Fine Arts from Cranbrook Academy of Art where she studied design and visual art. Her mission as an artist is to perform across interdisciplinary settings, where merging of art disciplines enhances the human experience.
As a dedicated teacher and artist, Maria has taught at a number of music schools in Brussels, Belgium and Stockholm, Sweden having great success building student’s technique and preparing them for recitals, auditions and competitions.
